How can we avoid defective products during production?

Glass bottles are produced at high temperatures, so it is inevitable that there will be collision and friction.  How can we solve this problem?

Here are some tips:

1. Reduce the machine speed: allow the product to cool down appropriately.

2. Reduce the temperature of the glass solution in the feeder bowl: use a cooling fan to cool the glass solution in the feeder.

3. Spray cold spray paint on the product: spray friction-resistant paint when the product is in the assembly line to increase the hardness of the product to avoid friction marks.
